Urgent : ESX server not rebooting after upgrade to 3.0.2

Upgraded one of our ESX 3.0.1 servers to ESX 3.0.2 using the TAR with esxupdate -n update (I had checked the md5sum before running update).

Following the reboot, ESX don't start anymore, I get the following error on the screen :

I get the same error, regardless if I choose : Vmware ESX Server, debug mode or service console ony...
