1. Microsoft Hyper-V is NOT on the HCL (as far as I know, grin)
2. This is a Microsoft and VMware supported HP 385G2 host running Window Server 2008 RC1, Hyper-V beta 1
3. I did add a SCSI controller and created a SCSI virtual hard disk
4. I tried running with "esx noapic" and "esx noapic text" per Re: kernel bug at apic.c:298 installing ESX 3.0
5. I have same kernel panic with ESX Server 3.0.2 update 1 and ESX Server 3.5, build 64607
6. i have sent a request to Microsoft as well.
