Folks,
I'm curious why two of my web servers spikes the performance graph tremendously even though Task Manger on Windows doesn't show much CPU/RAM usuage? Odd enough, when I logon locally as an administrator to the guest machine, it will clear the performance spikes dramatically. The graph below shows how high/low when it changed during local administrator logon. I've tested 3 times and it does the same thing. But when I logoff administrator account, it spikes up again?
Anyone has any thoughts why this happen? Why logon to administrator account locally reduces performance spike, but logoff than it raises the bar again
