Failed to import client (using Data protector for backup VMware ESX server)

Hi,

I've been trying to backup VMWare ESX 3.5 with Data Protector 6.1.

Agent, such as da,ma,vmware already installed in ESX.

Ports 5555 for comunicating with the server also been opened.

But, when I'm trying to import client from the cell manager, it always failed with "12:1625 Import host failed"

The cell manager installed at Windows server 2003.

Does the ESX server must be registered at the DNS server? or I've had a naming convention problems ?

Any sugestion are very apprecited..
