Edit vswitch properties via command-line?

I need to enable and set options in the Security tab for all the virtual switches for all my existing ESX 3.0.2. hosts.  Is there any way I could do these via command-line, or perhaps a script?  I already looked through the options for the esxcfg-vswitch command and was unable to find what I was looking for.   To be specific, I want to set "MAC Address Changes" and "Forged Transmits" to REJECT.  These options are in the security tab for all virtual switches.

EDIT: I previously had incorrectly stated I needed to change the options in the Security tab for port groups, but I actually need to change them on the vSwitch itself.
