Snapshot error: Invalid arguments

Hello,

I'd add a new Virtual machine to backup by vmbk in my VI ESX 3.0.

No problems for the others. These machines were backuped on a SAN via a Samba Share. There's enough place but I have this error on this machine :

################################################################################

Virtual Machine Name : SEMINE

################################################################################

+    Power Status            Powered On - Running+

+    Connecting to Guest with config file+

/vmfs/volumes/46138229-554956de-bbb4-001438ef113c/SEMINE/SEMINE.vmx

+    Backup session configured :  backup+

+    Erase files in /mnt/vmbk/SEMINE/+

+    Enumerating SCSI Disk+

+        Check space for the SNAPSHOT:+

+        /vmfs/volumes/storage1 vmhba0:0:0:3 +

+             82G Free+

+    Test guest's status+

+    Create a snapshot[FAIL]+

+    VM Create Snapshot error: -3: Invalid arguments    Test guest's status+

+    Close  guest  connection+

End time : 22:31:36 (29s)

I don't understand why ... any ideas ?

thanx.
