HP DL380 G5 IRQ Sharing Issues

I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this situation.  Am I missing something very simple or does anyone know what else I can try?

I've reviewed the Vmware documents (KB 1290) and contacted HP support.  They basically said that "We do not support IRQ issues"  The MPS option in the BIOS is set to Full APIC.

I checked one of my DL380 G4's BIOS and found that all PCI devices were mapped to IRQ 5 in the BIOS.  The results are below.  I tried this setting on the DL380 G5 (all PCI devices set to IRQ 5) and the results did not change.  In fact, no matter the setting I choose in the BIOS for the PCI IRQ mappings, it always appears the same:

DL380 G5:
