WEB CONSOLE ON VM

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have installed Solaris Virtual Machine on my ESX server.  I have tried VNC and X- Manager so that users can conenct this VM remotely but users are unable to conenct it. One of my friend told me that you can give users WEB ACCESS of that machine as ESX server has this function that we can take WEB CONSOLE of any VIRTUAL MACHINE installed on ESX server .

Now my question is how can we access VM installed on ESX Server through WEB CONSOLE.
