I'm trying to convert a win 200 SQL server. The service is installed, and the server rebooted, but when I try toconnect to the server via converter I get the message "The VMware converter agent connection was lost. The wirad cannot proceed any further."
The logfiles shows a lot of error messages, including a message that the converter services failed to create a dump file because it was already in use. It is apperently not trying to create the dumpfile on the user whose credentials I gave the converter, but uses the "sqlserveragent" user. In the logfiles there are also these error messages:

(This error occurs four times because ther are four disks)
two of the disks are local, two are on fibre channel to SAN.
Has anyone encountered something like this before?
