Hi,
Does anyone know how i can get my orphaned Virtual server back into my ESX farm with a missing VMX file?
This server has already been removed from the VC inventory. I have located the server information within the DataStore but i'm not 100% sure on how to get it back as it is missing it's VMX file.
I have also tried doing down the road of creating a new server with custom creation and pointing it to the relevant VMDK file but when i get to this point of the installation i can't seem to see any of the VMDK files within the server file on the datastore.
We are running ESX 3.0.2 with VC 2.5.
Any ideas!!!!
