esx 3.0.2 build 61618

Tarball upgrade of esx 3.0.2 build 61618 to esx 3.0.3 build 104629 is supported. Any patches needs to be installed before upgrading using esxupdate? Any issues noticed after the upgrade? esx 3.0.3 can be managed through Virtual Center 2.0.2?

I can't see Tarball upgrade of esx 3.0.3 build 104629 to esx 3.5 update2 build 110268. Is this not supported path?
