Emulex security (or lack thereof) with HBAnywhere

Hi All,

I'm trying to see if we can use HBAnywhere in out-of-band mode to give the admins a convenient way of upgrading firmware remotely.  However, in the default configuration the HBAnywhere daemon (rmserver) will talk to anyone from anywhere.  In other OS platforms there is a security configuration tool (SSC) that can be used to limit this to specific IP.

I'm hoping someone can help me put some security in place with rm.conf or the dfc util.  Otherwise I think I'll skip the HBAnywere and script the upgrades using the lputil.

Not very nice of Emulex to put the hbas visible to j.random.user and subject to resets, settings changes, firmware updates, etc.
