Problem after add extent LUN vi3

Hi to all,

              my scenario:

N° 1 cluster with 4 esx 3,5 servers

N° 21 VM on this cluster

N° 2 dastore, first local 60 GB second 300 gb on eva4000

HA DRS enable

I need space and i had present e new lun (60 Gb) to all 4 hosts and i extent e first LUN by service console on the first host.

Configuration-->Storage-> Proprities-->Add Extent..---->select new etc.etc..

I rescan all the HBA on all host.

After this operation on the first host in see in Configuration--> Storage--> Proprities -

> FIG.1

On host 2 and host 3 i see FIG2

And on the HOST number 4 i see -

> Fig4.

What i have to do to resolve this problem?

And if i want to restore the old situation, what i have to do?

I CAN T LOSS DATA
