Unable top setup iSCSI on a PE 2650 - ESX 3.0.2 with a EMC cx3-10c

Hello, I am trying to setup iSCSI initiator in ESX 3.0.2 in a PE 2650 and a EMC cx3-10c but it does not works.

Firewall is open, I can ping SP ...  but

I have a time out on the discovery

I think that that the adapter is unssuported  .....

I am using native the two PE 2650 ethernet Broacom BCM5701

Any help will be very appreciated.
