CPU Compatible or not

I installed EVC and  is telling me that I

have incompatible hardware...... my existing

envrionment is as follows............

These are my CPU info of my 3 ESX Boxes......

• D7591,Processor,80546K,3.2G,1M,Xeon Nocona,800,E0

• Processor,80555K,Xenon Dempsey,5050,LGA771,C1

• Processor,80555K,Xenon Dempsey,5050,LGA771,C1

I am in a hurry to buy a new box do you think that the CPU below will work with my environment? 

Dual Core Intel® Xeon® X5260, 6MB Cache, 3.33GHz, 1333MHz FSB*
