adding hosts to cluster

Hi

we have 5 hosts in a cluster with 25 VM machines spread between the servers.  The cluster uses HA & DRS  & we are going to add 2 extra hosts later today.  When we add the host will the cluster vmotion some of the servers to distribute the load or will this need to be done manually?
