VirtualCenter Upgrade to 2.5 - Plugins Missing

I've done a successful upgrade from VC 2.0.2 to VC 2.5...

The VC box is also my Update Manager as well...

When I go to the Plug-ins manager to add the plugins for Converter and VUM - they are not there. I mean the dialog boxes are empty/blank...

Anyone seen this (last time I saw this was in Beta/RC1) and resolved it (I ended up putting my VUM on a separate windows instance in Beta/RC1) properly?
