Adaptec AHA-2940UW no hard drives found during instalation

Hi,

I'm new to esx and i do have a bit of the problem. I tried to install ESX 3.0.1 on AHA-2940UW with Hitachi 73.2GB disk. I tested HDD and it works perfectly with windows but during the install i get a message that esx did not found hard drive. I know it must be a divers problem for AHA-2940Uw but i really do not know much about Linux and I'm prity much stuck.
