ESX 3.5 licenses

Hi,

I had purchased an ESX 3.0.x standard license, can I now upgrade the ESX server from ESX 3.0.2 to ESX 3.5 using the same license. In other words, do I have to purchase or upgrade my license for 3.5 or would my current licese work... Sorry, don't have a extra box to tested on and don't want to do it on the running ESX server before making sure...
