Problems with Intel e1000 drivers on Dell 9200 with ESX 3.0.2

hello,

yesterday, we recieved a new dell poweredge 9200 server with installation of ESX 3.0.2 server. this server contains 2x broadcom network adapters and  2x Intel QUAD 1000 network adapters (i think/hope e1000 drivers). we tried so many ways how to load e1000 modules, but every attempt has finished with error:

i have applied all patches from 3.0.2 update 1 .iso and still with no result.

is there anybody who knows, how to solve this problem?
