Max. VMHost & Guest Memory

Hi there,

I have a quick question concerning memory in ESX. First I like to know what is the max. Memory supported by ESX 3.0.2? Is it the hardware supported max? The second and more important question to me is this: What is the max. Memory the ESX can allocate to a Guest? Is there a limit?
