vMotion error: different offload or security policies

Hi, I am receiving this error when attempting to vMotion a running windows VM between two new 3.5 U2 R900's (one fresh install from ISO and one esxupdate  upgrade from U1)

VC is the new U2 as well.  Error (same as the one posted by another user in Jan):

*Unable to migrate from host +XX +to host YY: Currently

connected network interface 'NIC1' uses network 'VM Network', which is

configured for different offload or security policies on the

destination host than the source host.*

Someone suggested then a vxpd config update will make this go away - is that still the recommended remedy?

Isn't this kind of thing tested prior to release?
