Service Console Error Message

When trying to create a second Service Console port through VI Client

I receive the following error msg:-

Error during the configuration of the host: Unable to Create Service Console VNIC vswif1: Exec of command '/sbin/ifup vswif1' suceeded. but returned with non-zero status: 1
