Can't ping my ESX host - can't convert any PM to VM?

Hello,

Here is my problem:

Since few days, I cannot convert any Physical Machine into a Virtual Machine because the link between the converter and the ESX server seems to drop during the process.

I also detected that I can't ping anymore the ESXserver. But I found one way to have a ping answer from the ESX server:

- 1st, from the ESX server, I ping "computer A",

- 2nd, from "computer A" I'm now able to ping the ESX server but only from this computer. The other computers cannot ping the ESX server.

- 3rd, after this I'm now able to connect with the VMWare Virtual Infrastructure Client 2.0 from "computer A".

I don't know if there is a link between those two things.

How can I solve this?
