I eventually plan on using vRanger as my backup solution; but I don't have it in place yet and I have the NetBackup client licenses. So, I have my first production VM and I've installed NetBackup 5.0 sp6 (still waiting on other sys admins to upgrade to version 6.5). I've gone into security preferences on the configuration tab for my hosts and enabled "Symantec Net Backup Agent" to open 3 incoming ports. I'm getting a denial on the master backup server, saying that my vm is refusing to back up. Is there something else I need to do at the host level to enable this connection?
