Red Screen after install on BL465c

I'm attempting to install ESX 3.0.1 on a BL465c.  The system is listed on the HCL as supported under 3.0.1.

The system boots and kickstarts fine.  The install completes, but when it attempts to boot after the install I get the "Red Screen" with the following:

I know the install media is good because it's the same install media that I've used with our existing ESX servers running on BL20p G2 blades.

Any ideas?
