VM-Console error: login (username/password) incorrect on some esx 3.5 hosts

Hi there.

We are running diff. ESX 3.5 hosts on VC 2.5 splitten into 2 Clusters and  on all vm's running on some hosts I can get the console (black) but with an error:

login (username/password) incorrect

On other hosts the console's working ok.

I've checked the patchlevel of the hosts and the "esxupdate -l query" command shows me the same on host with and on hosts without this error.

I've also checked the  /etc/vmware/config file and it showns me the same on all hosts.

Any idea here?

Enclosed  the ESXUPDATE output, our config and something from /var/log/messages:
