Clustering/DRS/HA question

Hi,

I have four hosts in my cluster. I was wondering how I would go about doing something like this:

My 4th host I just want certain VM's on it, but I do want it so if that host goes down they VM's will move to the other hosts until the host comes back. I do not want any other VM's to vmotion over to this 4th host though.

Is there any way to set it up like this?
