In the virtual machine summary, there are two columns described this way in the online help:
Host Mem - Number of megabytes of the virtual machine's memory used.
Guest Mem % - Amount of the guest operating system's memory used.
The description of Host Mem seems wrong...isn't this column the number of megabytes of host memory used?
Secondly what does Guest Mem % actually mean? What is the calculation in terms of measurables that produces this value?
Are there any meaningful invariants that can be used to relate /proc/vmmemctl, free -m or other inguest statistics with statistics in the VMWARE Infrastructure client?
