Template and Sysprep

I have prepared a normal windows 2003 VM with SPs and all updates . I like to use this as a template for future server cloning .

I want to confirm the steps to avoid any problems once the VMs goes on live on network.

1- Make win2k3 server ready

2- Run sysprep as normal

3- Then convert it to template.
