Backup Exec 12.5 & MS iSCSI

Hello,

I am running a couple of ESX servers and we are currently backing up using a physycal server connected to an LTO loader. We use Symantec BE 12.5 which runs over the network. I was wondering if it was possible to use the MS iSCSI initiator to backup directly from the SAN without going over the network?
