ESX 3.0.1 On Intel motherboard

Hi,

Can I install ESX3.0.1 on non branded Server that has Intel server motherboard such as Intel S5000XVN SATA i5000x[/b] with LSI MegaRAID SATA 150-6 and dual XEON CPUs?

I want to buy the parts and build the server my self, but I wanted to make sure it will support ESX 3.0.1
