VI Client roles

I am trying to lock the VI client down so our operatiors can open it and then open the console for each Virtual Machine. I can successful create a role that does this, but when I login as the test user, I can go to the Administration button in the VI Client and change my role to give all permissions.

Is there a way to keep the user from changing their role?
