Connecting DAS to ESX VM

If I have a server that is running ESXi and have 2 Windows VMs and need to connect a Directly Attached Storage like Dell Powervault to the server via SCSI so one of the VMs can use it as a file storage, how would I go about doing that?

Do I need to go to:

Client > Edit settings > SCSI Controller 0 > ?

I want only one of the 2 VMs to be able to use it since that VM is a file server.
